Volunteers |
If you would like to volunteer in your child's classroom or chaperone a field trip, following are the steps you need to take:
|
- Contact your child’s school office about opportunities to volunteer or chaperone.
- Fill out this volunteer application and submit it to the school office where your child is a student.
- Your references will be checked by the office staff, and upon completion of that process, you will receive a Volunteer Packet which includes, among other things, the forms to have your fingerprints done.
- Call the number on the form to make the fingerprinting appointment. Please be sure select the option that indicates the District is paying for it, otherwise you will have to pay at the appointment.
