Otherwise, they can keep their devices over the summer.

· Class of 2026 (6th grade) - drop off iPads in bins set up for that purpose in the MA Lobby the weeks of June 8-16.

· Students with any broken iPad - drop off iPads in bins set up for that purpose in the MA Lobby the weeks of June 8-16 AFTER notifying the tech department and receiving a response.

· Students who are moving to another school district - drop off iPads in bins set up for that purpose in the MA Lobby the weeks of June 8-16.

From: Jonathan W. Tolman, School Board Chair

Good afternoon all,

We are in unprecedented times and certainly unchartered waters. As you all know by now, the Governor has closed all public schools throughout the state and mandated that we go to “Distance Learning”.  Superintendent Andrew has been on top of the situation even before this was official, working with our excellent administration and staff to prepare a plan for this new experience.  He is in almost daily contact with me and your School Board has been getting updates as the situation unfolds. I cannot say enough how proud the School Board is of Mr. Andrew, our administration and every employee of the district who are stepping up to the plate in these stressful times to provide as much support as they can to our students!

Welcome to our School District website.

We hope that as you visit our site, you will get a snapshot of all that goes on in our District and in our schools: Moultonborough Central School and Moultonborough Academy. Our purpose here is to share the multiple facets of education within the District—academically, athletically, artistically, and socially.

Moultonborough School District grew from a kindergarten through 6th grade system to a K-12 SAU in 1980. For the past 38 years, our community has provided Moultonborough students with a comprehensive education including college prep and/or career ready academics, technology school opportunities, art, music, physical education, foreign languages, a variety of electives, co-curricular activities, and sports teams for every season.

Moultonborough is a community that values education and its local public schools. It is a community that desires the best for all students and has high expectations for those who serve the community's children.

Art is Love was created as a partnership of several NH sponsors with the goal to connect NH schools with local assisted living facilities to show them hope and encouragement during the Covid-19 pandemic. At MCS, Art Teacher Terry Dempsey and MCS Guidance Counselor Sara Fogarty developed this idea as a perfect Choose Love lesson. Students and staff were asked to create artwork or take photos of themselves sharing hope and encouragement with our neighbors at Mountain View Manor in Ossipee. The slideshow was then created and shared here and also sent to Mountain View Manor for all there to enjoy. Thank you to all who participated!
